During the course GRA 420: Packaging Design, I created an eco-friendly alternative packaging concept for traditional blister-pack battery packaging. The prototype is constructed entirely from recycled cardboard, with limited printing to maximize recyclable material and zero plastic used. The final product improved efficiency, with an easy-tear “battery-drop” unloading system, and reduced the product’s waste by 85%.
